Our greenhouses are the beginning of almost everything we grow at the farm.  When all appears quiet at the farm in the winter, we are actually hard at work starting the seedlings that will go on to be planted in the fields or further cultivated in our greenhouses.  From flowers in the spring to the hardiest of winter squashes, they all start by hand in the greenhouses.
